The Executive Assistant will provide support to the C-level management team. This position will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive and resourceful, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Manage and maintain executive calendars
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings and presentations
Assist with preparation of presentation and meeting materials
Ability to effectively and calmly produce results under dead-lines and pressure
Coordinate the completion of routine financial reporting
Arrange travel plans for multiple executives
Prepare and process expense reports
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Follow through on issues in a timely manner
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
