This position assists the Finance Department and senior management in analyzing and reporting financial data. In addition, this role is integral in completing a plethora of major projects and analyses that will assist management and/or other users in decision making.

Major responsibilities will include:
Prepare and distribute approved daily, weekly and monthly financial and analytical reports

Assist new departments in the preparation of dashboards, commission statements, billing/payer analysis, process review and other ad hoc analysis

Perform analytical analysis and review results for accuracy based on data provided, and also for reasonableness based on trends and changing conditions.

Work with colleagues and other business areas to support new business initiatives and participate in other projects and business initiatives as assigned by senior management

Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile special reports

Prepare ad hoc reporting as needed

Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner

Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions including but not limited to confidentiality (HIPAA) requirements (patient files and personal information)

Adhere to company policies, including attendance and punctuality

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field required

At least 1-3 years of progressively challenging experience in financial/operational analysis, or accounting

Extremely strong analytical and problem solving skills

Intermediate to expert user in all other Microsoft Office Suite software

Ability to not only maintain, but design complex Excel spreadsheets utilizing advanced functions

Top notch communication and interpersonal skills
