Currently, we are seeking a talented Jr. Financial Analyst to join the Retirement Solutions Division (RSD). The Retirement Solutions Division leverages its strengths in product development, technology, service and risk management to create retirement solutions for individuals, families, and businesses. With the guidance of financial professionals, customers have access to an array of annuities and mutual funds designed to help grow assets and to provide retirement income for financial independence.

The Jr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing financial analysis of RSD’s business lines and overall RSD results. In addition, analyst responsibility will include developing, designing and reviewing reports and presentations across all areas of RSD Finance, Risk Management and Compliance departments. Analyst will support management and teams for developing presentations to senior management and external stakeholders. Analyst will focus on creative and innovative approaches to understanding problems and challenges. This position will assist in the financial planning process, monthly/quarterly review process and will work closely various teams on special projects. Position will support SVP and direct reports on a regular basis as well as team player on projects.

Bachelor’s degree and some financial analysis experience
Team player and good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn financial concepts and business processes
Proficiency with Powerpoint recommended
Ability to synthesize complex financial concepts into clear reviews
Strong communication and organizational skills
Flexible outlook and willingness to learn
