Under direct supervision the Jr. Financial Analyst will analyze, interpret, and communicate Financial Operating results to provide information and guidance. The Jr. Financial Analyst will manage and meet deadlines, comply with company policies and procedures and work effectively as part of the Finance team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential duties include the following - other duties may be assigned:
Analyzing/researching trends in departmental expenses
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasting and budgeting reports
Assist in preparation of various monthly management reports
Analyzing operating expenses
Creating/modifying ad-hoc queries
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience, Competencies and Education
§ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
§ Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
§ Self-motivated, independent and proactive worker with a high level of organization, professionalism and attention to detail
§ Advanced Excel formula and modeling skills required
§ Experience with queries a plus
§ Solid communication and analytical skills
§ Familiarity and willingness to work in a deadline-oriented, fast paced environment
§ Good command of the English language in both written and oral communication
