Job Purpose:
The Jr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing complex analytical
work - collecting, integrating, analyzing, interpreting, organizing and
presenting disparate information, including analytical projects. The position
will perform various financial analyses relating to operations, business drivers
and market trends.

Duties:
• Prepare and analyze metric-driven reporting package for senior management.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial results.
• Preparation of annual revenue budget for multiple lines of business.
• Prepare Center budgets and coordinate financial objectives with Sales
leadership and Clinical Educators.
• Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present
findings to senior management.
• Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts;
recommend adjustment to forecast as required.
• Work with senior leadership to evaluate business drivers and understand impact
on revenue.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify requirements for
enhancements to existing systems.
• Provide field support to centers relating to analysis and adhoc reporting.
• Perform a variety of complicated financial tasks with a wide degree of
creativity and latitude is expected.
• Perform any other functions as required by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-3 years of financial analysis experience.
• Solid demonstrated understanding of core accounting principles and financial
concepts.
• Advanced excel experience required.
• Strong analysis and problem solving skills with the ability to develop
creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; must be comfortable with
presenting and interacting with senior management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (including overtime, and weekends, as
necessary).

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in healthcare a plus.
