Summary The PM is responsible for project coordination of the company integration and ensuring deliverables meet or exceed schedule, cost, and stakeholder expectations. This role directs/supports the execution of the Retalix integration program across multiple ITS development teams and business organizations, while ensuring project delivery practices comply with solution delivery methodologies. This position is also responsible for providing program status reports to the Business Stakeholders, IMO, and CIO. This role reports to the company -IT Retalix Program Manager. Key Areas of Responsibility . * Work closely with IT and Business work stream leads to deliver integration on time and within budget * Work with Project Managers to manage scope, and delivery fidelity * Prepare materials for the regularly scheduled program portfolio reviews with the Business Sponsor(s), CIO and IT Partner(s). * Provide, in the CIO program reviews and IMO reviews, status updates of the programs, projects and resources for assigned program portfolio. Provide explanations for key variances and issues. * Ensure PM’s are following company process (PRP) and Project Management tools (Planview). * Work with Business Operations to ensure program synergy/forecasts are maintained on a monthly basis. Provide quarterly synergy comparisons of current outlooks to original plans. * Coordinate concurrent projects, while working in a global matrix-managed team environment. * Identify and effectively resolve issues and conflicts within and among project team(s). Conduct regularly scheduled program/project status and issue reviews with Project Managers. * Ensure appropriate business and IT resources are engaged and committed during the program life cycle. * Maintain the overall roadmap/Gantt for the program. * Schedule and lead resource management and labor outlook meetings.
Basic Requirements BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline 5+ years of experience in project management and SDLC methodologies o 2+ years of Infrastructure o 2+ years of Application development Proven experience working incross-functional teams in the execution of large, complex and concurrent IT programs/projects Strong project management, customer service and organizational skills Excellent communication, facilitation and listening skills Strong negotiation, team working and interpersonal skills Proficient with Powerpoint, Word and Excel Preferred Requirements PMP – PMI Project Management Professional Certification Six Sigma Methodology Experience (Green or Black Belt level) Large IT M&A integration experience Agile Project Management experience Proficient in MS Project and Planview
