In addition to working with other producers, you will also work closely with DDB’s business development team and Senior (digital) Producer to identify and determine scope, timing and budget for potential projects. You’ll maintain schedules, communicate progress and status on multiple projects, coordinate resources, identify challenges and recommend solutions.

Key Duties

•Create and manage project timelines to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time and within budget
•Involved in all project kick off meetings to help determine team strategy, milestones, scope and production schedule
•Develop working relationships with clients on a regular basis, ensuring clients understanding of each project and satisfaction with the production processes
•Conduct resource and requirement gathering meetings with client, business development team as needed
• Work with media partners in order to understand and document specs
•Understand the capabilities and limitations of each member involved on any particular job
•Supervise QA process alongside technical and production teams
•Communicate project production status directly to Director of Content Production
•Identify project scope and write proposals
• Provide requirements input to vendors and negotiate / evaluate proposals
•Facilitate communication between clients, 3rd party vendors and internal staff
•Anticipate obstacles and address them with the team in a proactive manner
•Be a skilled, creative and confident presenter and negotiator
• Work with creative teams in order to help guide work product to align with industry standards and optimize user experience.

Skills and Aptitudes Required

•At least 2 years of hands on project management experience/producing experience in the interactive field
•Experience in building solid long term client relationships
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Knowledge of common software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Basecamp, Visio, Project, etc.
•Ability to manage a project from start to finish as well as oversee general production of multiple projects at one time
