ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)
: Seeking candidates that understand IT from a fundamental standpoint
: Someone that can perform tasks having to do with IT Operations such as documentation, processes and business research point of view
: Individual must be able to work independently in a fast paced team environment
: Cross trains with other technicians
: Researches new products for required solutions

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in MIS preferred
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to withstand long periods of sitting and looking at a computer monitor for approximately 8-12 hours on a daily basis.
