The person in this position serves as advisor to the
judges assigned to the JCiP. The advisor will be
assigned primarily to advise/mentor the primary court
judges. The Judicial Advisor, however, will provide
support to all judges assigned to the JCiP as needed and
directed by the Senior Legal Advisor. The Judicial
Advisor will provide daily mentoring and training,
including curriculum development in coordination with
the Legal Reform Advisor. The Judicial Advisor will be
expected to work with other entities implementing court
administration programs to help establish a strong
docketing system for the national security court.
understanding of the criminal justice system, and/or
- JD is required
- Must be an experienced attorney with comprehensive
international cooperation and rule of law program
