We will rely on you to proactively utilize your exceptional organizational skills and keen eye for details to work independently on all aspects of general bookkeeping and office administration. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Monitor Cash Flow Close financial statements and other related duties Payrollinteract with Insperity After-closing reports preparation General office management (supplies, facilities management, contracts, legal documents, SH info, vendors, initial point of contact, general clerical, etc.)
Our ideal candidate will possess the following abilities, experience and skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree preferred At least 2+ years overall accounting experience Experience with QuickBooks or similar system preferred Expert skill level in Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred experiences: Full charge bookkeeping Customer billing in both T&M and contracts formats Experience with modularized accounting system Administering cash flow Job cost Matching statements monthly to all outstanding payables Vendor reconciliation Matching Purchase Orders to Accounts Payable Issuing and administering Purchase Orders. POs issued by Operations Coding and processing non-matching Accounts Payable invoices; verification of accuracy of A/P Administer and journalize outsourced payroll Generate monthly customer statements Laboratory, Healthcare, Clinical Trials and/or Biopharma knowledge Due diligence Inventory
