About the company
Our client, an international Finance company is looking for an Administrative Assistant with minimum 3 years experience, used to working in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate and arrange travel including preparing detailed travel itineraries, flight, hotel, and ground transportation
Liaise with clients and their assistants
Process and track expense reports, reconcile credit card statements monthly
Organize and maintain appointment calendar using MS Outlook, schedule meetings and conferences
Answer, screen and route telephone calls; respond to inquiries, as needed; take and deliver accurate, detailed messages
Prepare letters, memoranda and presentations
Create and maintain files
Who we are looking for
3+ years of relevant experience supporting Senior Level personnel in a professional services environment
Solid knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
College degree preferred
Exhibits strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidentiality and a professional demeanor
Must have demonstrated ability to coordinate travel arrangements, maintain calendars/schedules, manage expenses and handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls for a team of 4+ people
