Junior Consulting Associates (SEVP) support large Immigration transformation and information technology programs. Junior Consulting Associates collaborate with immigration stakeholders and users to understand mission needs, policy challenges, and solution requirements. They conduct business exploration and analysis to identify, quantify, plan, and implement process and technology solutions. They integrate solutions into the immigration environment.

Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in business process design, requirements analysis, and/or systems engineering

Experience with immigration required

Bachelor's degree

US Citizenship required (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance

Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

Experience in large government transformation / information technology programs

Active Secret clearance desired
