Job Description:
Requirements for ALL Creatives at ALL Levels:
-Solutions Oriented (Don’t harp on the problem, find the solution. It’s not about what we can’t do, but what we CAN do.)
-Collaborative (It’s a big job, and we all have to work together to do it—whether that’s working with other creatives or other departments)

Client Interaction

• Take a brief and solve client problem creatively and effectively
• Generate concepts that meet or exceed Agency standards
• Then demonstrate ability to think past a brief and to deliver beyond client expectations
• Learn craftsmanship and attention to detail in copy and art
• Demonstrate ability to work with Idea Teams in the pursuit of Visionary Ideas and to think in larger, brand-building campaign platforms across all media

• Create workable, sell-able solutions for internal presentation on all projects
• Begin demonstrating poise and confidence in internal and client presentations
• Show ability to work on several projects at once
• Learn the process of production in the Agency
• Learn the process of traffic in the Agency

• Develop a working knowledge of agency philosophy. Attend Idea U classes on Core Agency beliefs: collaboration across departments and with outside vendors, accelerated ideation, Visionary Ideas, Purpose-Based Branding, MVP partnerships
• Understand all clients’ core purposes beyond making money
• Learn how the agency works
