Act as a business improvement specialist on behalf of your clients, strategically developing digital and mixed media solutions to suit their objectives Maintain and grow accounts with key advertising clients Generate new leads Stay educated and ahead of the curve on marketplace trends relating to their clients as well as the digital industry Maintain customer relationship status within sales force and keep a forecast up to date Communicate strategy, needs, and statuses to VP of Sales and other members of the management team Set-up regular face to face meetings with key clients to keep clients abreast of all R29 initiatives Consistently brainstorm and share how we could be doing things better! Create persuasive sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Custom Show, and Excel Detailing market trends, case studies and marketing solutions. Working with Account Management team to analyze digital campaign performance, analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions from the results. Working to develop effective sales strategies and advertising sales proposals for continued site revenue growth. Developing strong relationships with clients Conducting market analysis and identifying new opportunities
Qualifications
Possess strategic and consultative approach to digital sales or integrated brand programming Have at least one year of selling experience Have solid experience building digital media plans Be incredibly organized - have the ability to manage complex campaigns and projects both externally and internally Possess knowledge of the industry trends both in digital as well as overall marketing spending and budgets Have a strong understanding of the fashion/lifestyle space Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to work independently Willingness to cold call and aggressively pursue leads Successful track record of hitting and exceeding performance goals Experience selling "Brand" and ideally, multimedia campaigns Strong roster of industry contacts and referrals Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills MS Office proficiency
