The Associate Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the Graphic Design Manager on all creative projects for the Boston Bruins, TD Garden, and supporting organizations within the Delaware North Companies-Boston family. This is an entry level Grapic Designer role.
Responsible for supporting the Graphic Design Manager on all creative projects for the Boston Bruins, TD Garden, and supporting organizations within the Delaware North Companies-Boston family. Design projects will include: print advertising, sales collateral, digital graphics, promotions items, outdoor and building signage, logo design, associate and guest giveaway items, event materials, and special projects as needed.
Collaborate within the Garden and Bruins various departments to support all creative advertising and promotional campaigns, including Marketing, The Sports Museum, Sportservice and The Premium Club. Conceptualize and create original designs, elements and materials in line with existing creative direction to support the brand and business objectives.
Manage internal and external use of logos/marks to ensure brand integrity. Utilize strong conceptual thinking and understanding of marketing strategy to produce out-of-the-box designs. Provide high quality deliverables in a fast-paced, energetic environment with the ability to collaborate and take direction on creative projects, as well as strong organization skills with an attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

•Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications with 2-4 years experience.
•Proficient with the Adobe creative suite of applications. Design experience with a wide range of creative projects, both print and electronic.
•Experience in preparing final print ready files for external vendors is critical, as well as an understanding of final file format for internal use.
•The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will take initiative, ask questions, take critical feedback well, and seek input when needed.
