Jr. Mobile Application Project Manager Location Los Angeles, CA Duration Contract to Hire - 6 Months (Note contract positions through Soal Technologies include the option to get on our benefits!) Our client is seeking an entry level Project ManagerClient Partner- this position is client facing (onsite part of the week) The Position Reporting to and working with the Director, Enterprise Services, this individual will own and lead specific customer engagements implementing our flagship SaaS testing solution. This position is an integral part of uTest’s long term relationship with its customers, and the efforts put forth by this individual will directly impact the value realized by the customer and the ultimate success of the relationship. In order to succeed in this team, this individual must have the passion and energy to work in a startup, entrepreneurial, and fast paced environment. They must have the maturity, confidence, and experience to manage and partner with customers as well as the willingness, energy and technical ability to roll up their sleeves and work directly with the solution. Job Responsibilities
· Own and lead multiple, simultaneous customer engagements implementing the SaaS and Community-based Testing solution
· Develop strong customer relationships that enable to become a trusted advisor for our customers’ITQA managers and executives
· Provide both engagement and testing leadership to the customer
· Provide business and testing acumen for customers and strive to understand the comprehensive testing needs of your customers in order to best configure the solution and exceed customer expectations
· Gather testing requirements from client and translate into an actionable testing projects
· Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, customer expectations, meeting milestones, and ensuring customer and project success
· Work with the product management and development organization to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the product suite
· Work with the Professional Services team to channel commonalities across customers into uTest best practices across our products and our community
· Collaborate with other departments in the company to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues in a timely fashion
· Work with Sales teams to identify areas of solution expansion Experience REQUIRED
·Minimum 3 years of system implementation or consulting experience with at least one year as a consultant or project manager.
· A strong knowledge of the QATesting domain
· Mobile application experience required Must have strong client facing background- this person will be onsite with the client part of the time. Essential Skills
