United States intelligence enterprise Project Manager Position leverages intelligence enterprise and professional Project Management systems, tools, capabilities, research methods, and organizations to perform Project Management functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Executes a wide variety of project functions ranging from analytic services to communications systems. Guides the project from concept development through to final deployment

Ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget

Integrates the work of the entire staff to include intelligence analysts, cost and program analysts and technical specialists

Contributes to the overall success of the project.

Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the contract /client.

Supervision

: This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor degree required. Master’s degree preferred.

2-3 years specialized training and Project Manager Experience

Ability to compile and compose executive level Project Management products

Strong presentation briefing skills

Demonstrated interpersonal skills sufficient to communicate effectively, convince, influence, advise

Other knowledge, skills and abilities:
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as mission dictates

Computer Skills

Must be able to utilize COTS communications, word processing, database management, and presentation software applications and tools (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project, etc.)

Must have demonstrated experience with visualization and briefing production tools in the development of Project Management products

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance:
TS/SCI is required.

Work Environment
