A full-time staff of young professionals responsible for generating business opportunity through marketing and sales via traditional and non-traditional channels.
This is an outside sales position that requires a candidate who is
enthusiastic, motivated, and has an outgoing personality- and also one that has motivation to move forward in their career, as this is the position that is most often promoted from within the company.

The Field Relations Representative is not a commission only position, includes a base salary, benefits and end of the year bonus programs.
We're looking for a resourceful problem solver, a candidate who is professional and neat as well as self-directed and able to work well in a team. We are also for someone with the potential to be promoted to managerial positions.
You will also need to be open to training, not be afraid to ask questions, and learn things quickly.
Prior training is not required, we train in both sales and the construction industry.
Prospecting and assisting sales managers to develop and close leads, customer relationship management. We need a candidate that is consistently looking for something to do.
Those skills will provide you with the opportunity to market to local business partners and build solid, long-lasting relationships with key business and residential decision-makers. In your development to become a successful manager, you'll learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage and promote a staff of your own.
