Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, LLC. is currently seeking candidates to provide program and financial management support, administrative support, and ADP support associated with accomplishing both the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) and Saudi Naval Project Office (SNPO) objectives as requested by the Assistant Defense Attaché for Naval Affairs (ADANA). Support for these endeavors will include both naval and aviation technical and engineering expertise to support the current SNEP I program as requested by the ADANA.

The Saudi Naval Expansion Program (SNEP I) is a comprehensive on-going program to provide ships, equipment, infrastructure, training, communications, ordnance, supply support, and augmentation of the RSNF shore establishment needed for the RSNF to develop and maintain an operational navy, Marine and special forces.


a) Perform program level analyses and assessments of selected business, financial, and budget requirements, programs, and standards.

b) Prepare and deliver fully documented reports or point papers containing findings/results and recommendations relating to the achievement of program requirements.

c) Prepare and deliver selected business, financial, and budget plans, schedules, procedures, and directives.

d) Maintain and monitor plans and schedules, and determine compatibility with program level plans/schedules.

e) Review procedures and directives as evolving requirements dictate.

f) Maintain and monitor financial data bases to ensure integrity and continuity of data.

g) Reconcile data with other activities to ensure timely, accurate reporting to the RSNF.

h) Provide analytical reports and RSNF-FMS program financial reports and other as required on status, progress and problems.


a) A bachelor’s degree in a technical or management area

b) Experience in establishing mechanisms or developing systems to monitor material and services provided


Must be either a US citizen or a US permanent resident with a minimum of 3 years legal residency in the US (as required by The Deputy Secretary of Defense DTM 08-006 or its subsequent DoD instruction) and must have a favorably completed National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) including a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check.
