Candidate must have an active Top Secret clearance with Polygraph.
All positions are located in the Fort Meade and surrounding areas.

This position is responsible to assess and report on project cost, scheduled and performance; identify risk and recommend mitigation strategies and other courses of action; develop work breakdown structures to at least Level 3; develop end-to-end visualization for concept design and build to include both data and system flow diagrams; evaluate and assess hardware and software required to conduct large scale data harvesting, ingestion, processing, indexing, storage and display; prepare program and technical documentation to include concept definition, statement of work, requirements, testing, training, milestone and related technical requirements; coordinate and host technical exchange meetings to ensure technical progress is achieved and present mitigation strategy on shortfalls and deficiencies identified within technology development; orchestrate and execute focused requirements management program; employ best practices, and to ensure products and services achieve desired results; interact with end¬users on the development and enhancement of missions capabilities and pursue technical partnerships and collaborative opportunities.

Required Skills:
  • Four (4) to eight (8) years of general experience in computer science, computer engineering, engineering, mathematics, or related discipline with at least four years of experience in engineering and program processes (CM, QA, risk management, reporting) software development methodologies, planning, designing, and analyzing processing and storage retrieval systems on a mid- to large-scale (e.g., ONEROOF - PINWALE, integration programs).
  • Experience with Project Management utilities to include MS Project or Primavera is critical.
  • Operational experience in action tracking and management software such as TRAC, Subversion, JIRA or related management utility is mandatory.
  • A bachelor
  • 's degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering may be substituted for four (4) years of general experience. Desired Skills: Experience with Requirements Management tools such as DOORS or Requisite Pro are strongly desired. Working knowledge of NSA's Risk Navigator (RISKNAV) toolkit is strongly desired.
