We are searching for a talented and passionate Junior Tech Support Engineer to participate in the provision of an effective Help Desk service to staff at LearnVest Arizona. You will be a part of a growing infrastructure team which is charged with keeping LearnVest's day to day technology operations running smoothly. Also, as a junior member of this team, you will have an opportunity to learn and grow with the organization.
Provide technical support to staff in the office, via phone, email, and through online help desk tickets.
Assist in the maintenance and development of help guides and training materials.
Balancing support requests while prioritizing the most urgent requests.
Assist the internal teams with I.T. aspects of various projects.
Assist in with the implementation of infrastructure projects.
Work both directly with people as well as managing online tickets.
First point of contact for internal technical support
Helping improve the support infrastructure by updating FAQ, collateral, and other resources.
A minimum of 1 to 2 years of helpdesk experience
Strong Windows experience
Good knowledge of Windows Server O.S.
Good knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
Understanding of how to fix most basic technical issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
