-Responsible for developing, writing, reviewing, editing, and updating technical documentation for web based billing and accounting applications.
-Documentation includes user guides, online help, training materials, installation manuals, interface specification documents and other technical software documentation materials.
-Organize materials and finish the given assignment with required style or pattern, terminology, clarity and order.
-Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or similar technical discipline.
-1 year of experience with writing technical documentation, (knowledge of financial software systems and Utility industry is a BIG plus)
-Ability to demonstrate excellent writing, editing skills and self-edit skills.
-Track record of creating documentation for a software administrator or software developer (in addition to an end user who only “uses" the application).
-Strong research skills and ability to understand complex technical information; ability to interview and understand subject experts.
-Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
-Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail and well organized.
