One of SGA's major financial clients is seeking a Tech Associate for a contract position in Westport, CT. The Tech Associate will be responsible for developing & delivering application training, on-boarding new systems and services, and maintaining the technology infrastructure. Additional responsibilities could include design and implementation of tools and applications to ensure the security and operational integrity of all mission-critical technology functions and operating across multiple dimensions including incident detection, problem resolution, and change management

This individual will report to the Technology Manager for Shared Services and will be part of the team for ensuring excellent technology for the Facilities Department.
Responsibilities would include:
Understand the current and future technical needs of the business.
Partner closely with and guide the business in using the right technology in the right ways
Communicate and escalate effectively.
Design and implement excellent tools and applications in end-user technologies to meet the needs of the business
Develop & deliver application training
2+ years total of technical experience, bachelors degree
Experience with end-user technologies, such as Sharepoint, Excel, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
High sense of responsibility, ownership and steadiness, as well as excellent judgment under pressure
Proactive problem solver with the ability to think critically and independently
Ability to identify connections and relationships in complex data
Strong customer service orientation, excellent verbal and written communications skills
Values truth and excellence at all costs, and is comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback
