Key Account Manager Job Summary:
Execute defined call campaigns to support specific strategies based on customer lifecycle, product promotions, or other objectives.

• The successful candidate will have at least three years of direct sales experience of a business-to-business nature.
• Excellent account development, high-volume telephone communication, and cold calling skills are required,
• Must have superior attention to detail.
• Must be able to learn and proficiently enter and access information in online, interactive client relationship management and customer databases.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and possess excellent email skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects at once and must have strong prioritizing skills.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- 4-year College Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience required
• Execute defined call campaigns to support specific strategies based on customer lifecycle, product promotions, or other objectives.
• Manage territory of over 1,500 active customers, including posters, newsletters, electronic newsletters and other products.
• Secure renewals from existing clients while also attempting to maximize their annual value to the company through organized call campaigns and promotions.
• Market and sell our full product menu including DynaComm family programs, digital messaging system, posters, electronic newsletters, newsletters, one-time products, Brady inter-company products, and custom programs to targeted active Clement customers primarily by phone
• Conduct cold-calls to referral customers and determine needs and recommend solutions or communicate special offers
• Provide assistance to customers in the creation of custom material through websites or internal channels.
• Meet minimum performance thresholds in new business, renewals and activity including goals for dials and talk time related to campaigns.
• Provide sales management with suggestions for improving individual/group productivity
