This is a "from scratch" operation with a company menu-quality and consistency are key.
The ideal candidate will have spent some time in FOH operations/training. Opportunity for advancement into a GM role is highly possible as group will continue to grow.
Production/banquet/buffet style kitchen experience is a plus.
Must have a strong background in financials and have the ability to lead/direct and motivate a staff by positive example.
Extremely guest focused concept-a hospitality personality is desired. An excellent, supportive work environment is part of the package.
Compensation- 48k-55k + bonus. A full benefit package is provided.
