- 3 or more years experience in luxury hotel kitchens and/or first class restaurants
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English
- Do you know the classics? Cuisines, that is.
- You thrive on working in a fast-paced, high- pressure environment so self-motivation is key!
- Staff management experience is a must
- Creative passion for food & service!
- Got a Culinary Arts Degree?
- Sous Chef experience at a NYC restaurant and/or NYC hotel kitchen
- Experience managing a Union staff is a plus
- Multilinguals welcomed
