Performs dishwashing responsibilities, which require that silverware, dishware, pots and pans, etc., be cleaned to sanitation requirements and to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintains the dish machines and dishwashing area within sanitation guidelines.
Reports needed repairs to the Culinary Manager or Assistant.
Assists with basic food preparation when needed.
Assists with food deliveries as directed by the supervisor and cleans and maintains coolers, warmers and equipment.
Seeks to develop capabilities in the area of basic food preparation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Actively participates in staff spiritual life activities.
