Correctly perform all kitchen positions
  • Use professional tone of voice and words when dealing with employees
  • Able to train in all positions of the kitchen
  • Uses correct procedures for safe operation of all equipment and machines in the kitchen
  • If hired for this position you must provide proper documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States, be willing to undergo a credit, criminal background and employment reference check, and be at least 16 years of age.
  • Job Duties:
    • Able to motivate server and cook staff
    • Able to give performance appraisals
    • Able to give constructive feedback in a meaningful way
    • Supervise kitchen team for proper staffing and maximum guest satisfaction
    • Supervise food handling procedures for health and safety
    • Assign and perform extra cleanups for a clean and healthly kitchen
    • Maintain pars and correct stocking levels of food and nonfood items for guest satisfaction
    • Must ensure good costs controls to keep food and labor cost in acceptable ranges
    • Knowledgeable of all health and sanitation procedures and they are implemented and followed by everyone
