The Candidate for the Kitchen Worker position must have knowledge and abide by all health codes and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds, and be able to stand/walk for the majority of shift. Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
The Kitchen Worker is responsible for cleaning utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, cooking equipment, floors and cooking surfaces, performing restaurant sanitiation checks, work in various stations and sort, stock and transfer equipment as needed. Other related duties as necessary.
