Identifies and captures new knowledge opportunities through trending and analysis in order to ensure we maximize effective knowledge usage throughout Paychex.

Optimizes knowledge for maximum efficacy of users, including purging outdated information, boosting valuable knowledge, and identifying opportunities for better search results for users.

Tests the knowledge for accuracy through audits in order to maximize the quality of our knowledge base.

Manages knowledge taxonomy and other knowledge configurations to ensure that effective searching and reporting within the knowledge base can occur.

Responsible for administration of the knowledge application platform and configuration to ensure maximize efficacy of the knowledge base that is used throughout the company.

Manages the knowledge portals for ease of use and knowledge success in order to maximize the user experience of the knowledge base.

Works with knowledge tool vendor for customizations, upgrades, and configuration. This ensures our knowledge base leverages current technology and enhancements.

Leads specific knowledge projects and initiatives as assigned to ensure we continue to grow our knowledge usage throughout the company.

Qualifications

A minimum of five years of IT Service or knowledge management related role is required. A bachelors degree in computer science or business is preferred. Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in lieu of experience.
