Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for US FVC team SharePoint site
Develop and implement InfoPath forms to facilitate business processes
Develop and maintain a collaboration SharePoint portal
Work with the L&D team to develop, document and maintain processes
Maintain versioning and document control policy to assure the US FVC L&D practice and process documents are consistent and up to date
Maintain L&D vendor information database and metrics related to those vendors
Promote and facilitate L&D user groups and communities

Essential Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

Essential experience and job requirements
Minimum 2-3 years Microsoft SharePoint 2007 and/or 2010 experience
Strong development experience in Microsoft SharePoint & InfoPath
Process development experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or process development software
Working knowledge of information management (data, standards and reporting)
Knowledge of learning technologies and current trends
Proactive self-starter with ability to manage independently and in team environment
Demonstrated ability to show attention to detail
Evidence of good communication skills; experience in developing messages as appropriate to different audiences
Planning and organizational skills

Experience working with virtual teams & Project groups

Desirable criteria & qualifications
Experience in learning & development
Experience working with vendors/suppliers
Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Competency management Systems
