The Knowledge Management team at FactSet works to capture, organize, and manage FactSet's proprietary corporate knowledge. By leveraging personal knowledge, our team transforms information into useful external and internal content and then delivers the right content, to the right people, at the right time within the FactSet community.

Responsibilities include:
+ Become an expert on assigned FactSet products and services by developing, writing, and editing a variety of documentation for FactSet products, including applications, databases, processes, and services.

o Manage documentation within FactSet’s proprietary content management system and prepare content for your assigned areas to publish in FactSet’s online help system.

o Develop, design, maintain, and enhance print materials in the form of product tipsheets for all assigned areas.

+ Assist with creating eLearning in the form of demos/webinars for internal continuing education and to educate clients about FactSet products.

+ Develop, write, and edit client communications announcing new products, enhancements, and critical changes, as well as promoting existing functionality via “tips and tricks” messages.

+ Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) on other FactSet teams throughout the development process to provide the most useful documentation, eLearning, print, and communication.

+ Assist with capturing, organizing, and managing FactSet's proprietary corporate knowledge by updating FactSet’s Intranet.

+ Participate in any department initiatives to enhance FactSet's learning tools (e.g., online help, print, eLearning, etc) for both internal and external users.

Job Requirements :
+ Solid writing skills with the ability to present information in a clear and creative manner.
+ A high degree of motivation, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
+ Willingness to work as part of a team to identify and develop new and creative ideas for disseminating information.
+ Ability to efficiently handle and prioritize multiple projects.
+ Strong interest in writing, finance, and technology.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
+ Ability to work independently.

Highly Desired Skills
+ Experience with desktop publishing software, HTML authoring tools, and Web development tools
