Job Title Kronos App Administrator (1862) Duration 12 Months Location Beaverton, OR Knowledge and experience in supporting users in Kronos system modules such as Timekeeper and Scheduling. Knowledge of the interfaces to and from Kronos workforce central Promote configuration and interfaces changes to test and production environments Work with local infrastructure teams as needed for clock support related to network connectivity Specific experience in implementing the Kronos application in HRIS environments is preferred Possesses strong collaboration and communication skills. Work effectively with a distributed team, across time-zones with moderate supervision. Exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.

Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies as adopted by the organization. Experience in Word, Excel and advance knowledge of tables and SQL concepts as related to SQL server. Maintain Kronos version and apply patch levels in alignment with Kronos stakeholders. Experience with SQL DB refresh activities and application post refresh activities.

Responsible for special projects as assigned. Expert knowledge of network, security and infrastructure is preferred Knowledge of WDM and clock configuration. Primary Duties Provide installation, configuration, and support for the assigned applications. Work with customers and the development team to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

Install, configure, tune, troubleshoot, and apply patches to the assigned applications. Provide off hours support, as needed, to support product updates, equipment upgrades, and technical issues. Support the application upgrade process by testing upgrades, patches, and changes in a test environment and subsequently rolling the changes into the production environment. Develop and enhance procedures for installing, configuring, and testing applications.

Provide on-call services on a periodic schedule for customer and application support. Act as a point-of-contact to answer customer inquiries concerning system software and applications. Setup and configure application monitor probes that test the health and availability of applications. Work as a team member with other technical staff, to ensure smooth operation between systems and applications.

Work with the functional HRIS team to develop specifications for Kronos configuration changes and coordinate testing of the development of new functionality within the Kronos application and integration with other systems.
