InterfaceSERVICES is searching for an Installation Coordinator II at the Acworth, GA location.

The Installation Coordinator II will manage the operational aspects of more complex (multiple phases, multiple flooring types, multiple services, multiple trades) technical construction projects to ensure the project is completed within budget and will plan for the initiation of the project by scheduling resources. He/she will monitor the progress of the project, will oversee the timeframe and cost throughout the project, and will provide onsite project supervision to ensure the project is progressing as planned and that subcontracted labor is performing to the scope of work. The successful candidate will monitor and grade existing subcontract labor, in addition to selecting and qualifying additional subcontract labor for InterfaceSERVICES managed projects.

QUALIFICATION:

Candidates must have:

Bachelor’s degree (in lieu of a degree consideration will be given to a combination of education and experience or experience in a related field)
Previous Project Management experience
Carpet/Flooring industry experience/knowledge
Time management and strong customer orientation
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Commitment to company values
Demonstrated success as a strong team player
Basic computer proficiency

In addition to the above requirements, it is preferred that applicants will have:

Construction industry experience
Installation experience
