The Lead Architect will be a part of the Business Solutions sales tools technical support team with a key focus on defining and executing system solutions to drive sales growth strategies. Primary focus in on sales enablement tools including SFA/CRM/CPQ. Activities include leading project stakeholders and team members to analyze complex client problems, defining the systems architecture/vision and scope, and partnering with IT to develop and execute system solutions. The Lead Architect defines the system architecture with the ability and expertise to develop an overall solution that supports the architectural direction of the Enterprise CRM strategy.
*Viewed as an expert in support of the development of architecture.
*Undertakes multiple complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge.
*Makes well-thought out decisions on complex or ambiguous architecture issues.
*Coordinates with users to determine & refine requirements.
*Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.
*Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team.
*Acts as a resource for direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent education and relevant experience required including 7 + years related experience.
Experience with SFA, CRM, CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Mgmt software tools such as Salesforce.com & Big Machines preferred.
Certified Salesforce.com administrator preferred.
