Job Title: Lead Avaya IVR Developer
Job Location: Beaverton,OR
Job Status: Contract 6+ months
Pay Rate/Salary Range: DOE
Shift: 1 Willing to work overtime, nights and/or weekends as directed by management

JOB SUMMARY:

Work in a team environment to design, develop, and maintain the IVR call center software solution using Avaya Dialog Designer for mortgage servicing, state and federal compliance, and financial systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Design and implement new software solutions utilizing MST software development practices.
Develop IVR call center solutions utilizing Avaya voice product suite.
Interface between the various supports groups to coordinate the deployment, and scalability of the solution as the call demand increases.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

At least 5 years experience designing and developing IVR software solutions and call center software solutions.
At least 4 years experience in a WebSphere Application Server and Java development environment.
At least 4 years experience in a WebSphere Application Server and Avaya voice deployment and runtime support including load balancing, high availability and scaling.
At least 3 years experience with Avaya voice product suite.

Dialog Designer and/or Orchestration Designer
VPMS
MPP
CTI Connector and AES
TSAPI

At least 4 years experience architecting WebSphere Application Server solutions with high database load.
Significant experience working on enterprise application solutions.
Experience designing applications that run on mission critical high volume databases.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Dedicated to completing assigned tasks on time.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Highly desirable to have experience on call center solutions that include Inisoft synTelate
Highly desirable to have experience working with IBM ILog product suite.
Experience working in Microsoft Windows and LINUX environments.
Experience with integration of WebSphere products and Microsoft .NET.
Highly desirable to have experience working with IBM BPM product suite.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, peers, and management through written and verbal communication.
Ability to communicate with customers, internal departments, and other outside parties in a professional manner.
Ability to communicate effectively with business analysts, developers, and quality assurance staff in the resolution of technical problems

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

4 years related experience.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
