High school graduation or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Nine years of experience in general office or clerical work. Use of standard office equipment and personal computers. Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software programs. Interpersonal and communications skills. Keyboarding skills. Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others. Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree. Nine years of experience in general office or clerical work, including previous supervisory experience. Certified Professional Secretary ( CPS ) certification.
Coordinate Assistant Dean’s calendar and provide back-up for Dean’s calendar and office leave calendar.
Serve as primary support on Employee of the Quarter and other Dean’s Office initiatives and programs.
Coordinate review and reconciliation of mandatory employee training report and notifications.
Manage/maintain the Office of the Dean related webpages. Create graphics using BeGraphic, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software. Load webpage content into CMS .
Prepare monthly and annual expenditure reports, travel reimbursements, payment and budget reports. Maintains vendor accounts and responds to vendor inquiries.
Serve as departmental administrator for LeaveTraq.
Provide back-up support for Dean’s Office travel reimbursement and purchase order processing.
Serve as back-up support to arrange and manage logistical support for recurring Dean’s meetings.
