Adecco is seeking a skilled Operations candidate for a brand new job in the Greater Manchester area. The ideal candidate will possess 5 years professional work experience, strong customer service, relationship development, MS Office and communication skills.

This person will be responsible for the following:
Recording and preparing all documents in accordance with DMV rules and regulations
Partner with multiple departments to obtain client information and orders
Work with third party providers for required and/or missing documentation
Build client accounts in company data base
Distribute account information to other department members
Manage financial reporting to management during weekly meetings

Qualifications candidates must have are:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance required
Experience in customer service and outbound calling
Able to interpret and analyze data
Minimum two years of vendor management/customer service experience – not including call center or retail
Strong time management, effective planning and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
