The San Francisco Legal Office is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Litigation Specialist I. Under the direction of an Assistant Chief Counsel, the incumbent will provide investigative services for litigation to include: Interview witnesses, reporting parties, investigating officers, tow operators, fire department personnel, ambulance personnel, coroner’s investigators and medical experts; Develop background information on involved parties; Record accident scene/vehicles with multi-lens camera, video cameras and measuring devices; Buy exemplar vehicles to recreate original highway conditions/environment and make film/video records; Measure/prepare accident scenes for aerial photography; Collect actual physical evidence by returning to accident scene to identify debris, gouges and other evidence that may still exist; Attend trial and assist with necessary preparation/transport of exhibits.
