Responsible for day to day functionality, administration and maintenance of the Learning Management Systems. They obtain a deep understanding of all components, features, and functions of the LMS.
Creates curriculum, updates the course catalog, uploads courses and materials, ensures LMS content is SCORM compliant, properly branded and meets company quality standards, creates questions & course evaluations, creates certification or learning paths, assigns instructors, manages topic expert, provide support to instructional designers.
Creates/changes usernames/ passwords for non- Company users, resets passwords, provide timely and efficient troubleshooting assistance to end users.
Creates or modifies e-mail templates, manages user profiles, creates groups and manages permissions, updates the welcome page, creates custom login pages.
Schedules classes, schedules facilities and supplies, manages registrations and wait lists, sends confirmations. Provides appropriate communication to LMS users of changes/ issues and administers the customer satisfaction and measurement system for LMS.
Reports on LMS usage, user feedback, training status. Creates specifications for standard and ad hoc system level reports and produces reports for management, mines data as appropriate.
Manage the relationship between the LMS vendor and content provider venders
1-5 years experience
Comprehensive knowledge of LMS environments
Fluent in Microsoft Products including Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving skills
Working knowledge of multi-media technologies including web design and mobile learning.
