Job Overview:
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the client’s mission and their philosophy for accomplishing it.

Gain familiarity with the client’s offerings, and services and a broad knowledge of the client’s learning-related capabilities.

Assist in identifying the client’s learning-related needs and providing solutions.

Understand the client’s Learning Management System well enough to suggest and implement solutions to learning needs.

Follow directions and work as a team member in carrying out assigned tasks.

Develop and maintain a professional demeanor when working with peers, supervisor, and the client.

Understand and follow GP Strategies standards and procedures where applicable and where they don’t conflict with the client’s. Discernment to know the difference.

Differentiate between routine tasks and requests that require escalation for approval.

Perform routine assigned work with general direction and on schedule.

Identify and report on additional opportunities where GP Strategies can be of assistance to the client.

Specific Responsibilities :
Provide level-two Help Desk support.

Provide ad hoc LMS support as needs arise.

Review, approve, troubleshoot, and deploy new content.

Develop Crystal reports.

Run ad hoc queries upon request.

Attend client meetings in which new requirements are discussed and participate in determining and implementing solutions.

A combination of two or more years’ technical experience and experience with a Learning Management System.

The ability to work well with users and their customers.

The ability to communicate well in writing and orally.

The ability to work well within a team.

The ability to work off-site comfortably.

Desired Skills:
The ability to develop, modify, and test simple queries under the direction of senior staff.

The ability to develop Crystal reports under the direction of senior staff.

The ability to support and configure a Learning Management System.

Education Requirement:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
