A leader that develops and executes a strategic plan to reduce inventory

shrinkage in the store.

Directly supervises and trains a large staff of Loss Prevention Associates.

Coordinates all apprehensions of shoplifters and uses APIS case management

software to document and analyze all incidents.

Utilizes XBR fraud software and digital CCTV equipment to generate internal

cases.

Conducts internal investigations and interrogations of dishonest employees.

Develops relationships with government agencies to prosecute cases (i.e. NYPD,

Secret Service, DA's Office, etc.).

Responsible to enforce company policy and develop shortage awareness programs.

Controls all of Loss Prevention payroll and non-payroll expenses.

Audits company procedures and standards to ensure compliance.

Reports to the Group Manager of Loss Prevention.

Minimum Requirements
