Copper Ridge is currently looking for an experienced LPN. The position is responsible for monitoring and care of residents, while also supervising the supporting staff of the unit while on shift. It is also responsible for ensuring that the Copper Ridge Model of Care is being met at all times, and participates in family meetings and care plan conferences for residents. The LPN upholds the values of Copper Ridge and ensures that all physician orders are followed through while monitoring residents reactions to prescribed treatments and medications. The LPN is also responsible for ensuring that all documentation is completed.
The ideal candidate will have one year of experience as an LPN, preferably in a CCRC or assisted living environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for their job, high attention to detail and the ability to work well with others. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated ability to develop relationships with residents and resident's family.
