DESCRIPTION

Seeking part time LPN to provide medication management of consumers with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders in collaboration with the agency's Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse and Medical Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse

Ability to provide medication management of clients with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders in collaboration with an APN.

Experience working with chronic mental illness, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Familiar with community mental health procedures regarding documentation of medication education and treatment planning.

A valid NJ driver's license.
