The Licensed Practical Nurse contributes to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care to patient and families along the health-illness continuum within the Perioperative department in collaboration with the health care team. The LPN is accountable to practice within the outlined Ohio Board of Nursing scope of practice under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Minimum Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school or program of practical nursing. Must hold a current license from the State of Ohio. Successfully completed Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course. Basic Life Support Provider Additional Job Information
Cardiology experience preferred. Scheduled Hours Per Week
