Penn Medical Associates of Cherry Hill is located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey . They are seeking a top-notch customer service-oriented LPN who is able to multi-task and handle tasks with patience with a high degree of accuracy.

The Licensed Practical Nurse assists physicians with office visits. Performs phone triage. Performs standard rooming functions, schedules tests and procedures. Follow-up with patients and families. Assures compliance with regulatory standards.

Minimum Requirements

Mimimum Certifications, Registry and/or Licenses required:
1. Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.

2. Current LPN Licensure in the state of New Jersey

3. CPR certification required.

4. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with direct patient care as an LPN.

5. Three+ years of other approved healthcare setting(s) can be substituted for LPN experience.

The LPN is expected to act under the Practice Manager and Physicians. LPN will assist physicians with patient education, self-management skill development and care management activities. Must be able to collect pertinent data on patients and communicate abnormal findings to the Physician.

Additional Information

The LPN should possess enthusiasm, desire to learn, adaptability and initiative. Proactive communication and positive impact on the work environment are essential. EpicCare ambulatory EMR experience is a strong plus. Ortho experience desired but not required.
