Job Title: LTS Special Events Manager
          Location: Location Negotiable People within Infrastructure Outsourcing are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) is the ongoing management and/or improvement of activities related to a part or to the whole of a technical infrastructure (e.g. information systems, security systems, telecommunications networks), allowing companies to focus on their core business and competencies. Our IO resources can expect to: Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients. Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all area Enjoy our comprehensive and generous benefits package The LTS Events Manager supports the service delivery team(s) in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet both the goals of the business and clients. Responsibilities may include the development and execution of demand management processes, training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitating project governance and reporting, and creating models to improve business decisions. This manager role is responisble for all IT aspects of the Leadership Development Program (LDP). This includes: event planning and support, IT deployments, virtual video meeting setups and support. The LDP Technical lead enables Accenture Personnel at Events in the aroudn the globe with various degrees of technology including: network setup and connectivity, network printing, fax and copying, audio visual Equipment, voice over IP, software support and hardware repair. The main customer Base is LDP program leads, support staff, and participants. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Minimum 10 years computer technology experience. Minimum 5 years experience in the following: - Accenture Workstation Image and Infrastructure. - Network setups and protocols. - Hardware and Software support experience. - Lync (including complex meeting setups). - Telepresence meeting setup and support. Preferred Skills: Ability to work well under pressure. Excellent technical skills. Ability to mulit-task. Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills. Proven negotiation skills. Must be able to communicate to internal groups and external vendors. Project mangement. Budgets and cost quotes. Undergraduate Degree Professional Qualifications: Experience with Process Documentation. Experience working with Virtual Teams. Understanding of technology support processes, procedures, products and services. Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
