The Fine Dining Room Manager administers, directs and controls the effective and efficient operation of both the front and back of the Fine Dining Restaurant. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
High school Diploma or its equivalent required.
Two year Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college desired.
Minimum six (6) years in the field of food and beverage; minimum of five (5) years high volume steakhouse and/or fine dining Food & Beverage Management experience required.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, coaching, team building and problem solving skills required.
Must possess general knowledge of all phases of full-service dining and food and beverage service procedures.
Must be able to evaluate statistical reports and other business reports
Extensive knowledge of wine and spirits.
Must be computer literate, including broad knowledge of all Microsoft office applications as well as restaurant automated systems.
Language Skills and Reasoning Ability:
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.
Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.
Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
