We are seeking seasoned attorneys (3-5 years) with plaintiff and management side litigation and arbitration experience.
Attorney candidates will have experience in representing and litigating on behalf of both management and employees before administrative agencies in employment-related claims. Candidates will have worked on a variety of federal, state, and local employment matters including, but not limited to, EEO, NLRB, SCA, ADA, ADEA, AAP, ERISA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, employment contracts, contract disputes, wrongful discharge, downsizing, non-competition agreements, trade secret litigation, medical leave issues, harassment, wage and hour claims, whistleblowing, and employment-related torts.
