This position will be responsible for coordinating all land work related to oil and gas acquisition and development.
Conducts and oversees records checks, title examinations and curative, lease negotiations, Joint Operating Agreements and settles damage claims.
Negotiates farm-ins, farm-outs, acreage trades and other exploration and development activities as well as maintaining co-owner and community relationships.
Supervises field brokers and outside counsel.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Requirements include a Bachelors degree with preference given to JD or Petroleum Land Management and CPL certification, with a minimum six years of experience in oil and gas exploration and development work.
Previous experience in the Appalachian region strongly preferred.
Requires familiarity with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies; comprehensive knowledge of oil and gas titles, joint venture contracts, operating agreements, unit agreements, farmout agreements, and project management.
Strong oral and written communication skills, financial skills including prospect economic analysis, and the ability to handle multiple projects are required

Gains trust quickly of other parties to negotiations.
Relocation offered, preferred location in Tulsa, OK
Travel up to 25%
